Aquila: Gabriel de le Poer

Gabriel de le Poer has served as Inferni's Aquila for more than two years, in the previous territory and the new territories found after the fire. Gabriel was the one who actually brought Inferni over the mountains, also responsible for refounding the clan on this side of the range. Gabriel has long attempted to fight the perception of Inferni as an aggressive offensive force, preferring to keep the clan in check, reacting defensively to attacks rather than perpetrating them. His style of leadership has worked excellently for the clan, providing them with a unique balance among the other groups of 'Souls—while Inferni is certainly a force to be reckoned with, the stigma of evil, attacking coyotes is fast-fading, thanks to Gabriel's work.

Gabriel is somewhat unlikely to greet newcomers himself first, as he prefers to allow subordinate coyotes to do this duty. There's plenty of other stuff on his plate, after all. However, Gabriel does often show up in joining threads when a leader is requested—he is not extremely difficult to please, but he is perceptive of weaknesses and certainly does not appreciate coyotes who attempt to join Inferni by using flattery or other techniques to disguise their own weaknesses. He can be very blunt, and he does not hesitate to tell newcomers exactly how it is.

Centurion: Kaena Lykoi

Kaena Lykoi has been a member of Inferni sporadically since its inception. She was one of the two founders back in 2002 on Hell's Coast, along with the first Leader of Inferni, Yasu Zarah. Kaena served as the Subleader of Inferni during the first few months of the clan's life, and after Zarah's disappearance, she took over leadership, though only for a short time. Later on in life, Kaena once again became the leader of the clan, her contributions during this time including a dynamic ranking system still mostly in place today. She also recovered a small strip of land conceded to the Aremys pack by engaging them in a war, driving them back and across the territory. She returned after a year and a half absence, taking the Veritas rank and succeding Ryan de le Poer as the clan's Centurion, or second in command.

Kaena occasionally greets newcomers on her own. She is critical of newcomers, but she certainly understands the needs to add to the clan's ranks. Kaena has been known to show pity on injured coyotes attempting to gain membership on Inferni, and she is universally accepting toward puppies, considering them a precious resource. Kaena is less inclined to preach at new coyotes, and she prefers "short and simple" to "long and complicated" where explanations of the clan are concerned, though she is certainly open to answering questions.

Optio: Anselm de le Poer

Anselm de le Poer was an integral part in the refounding of Inferni after the fire of 2007. When Gabriel brought the coyotes to this part of the world, he found his first cousin once removed, Anselm, already living here. Thanks to Anselm's great knowledge of the territories and surrounding areas, Inferni was able to quickly flourish, establishing themselves as the only group from the old lands to survive the trek over the mountains. Anselm served as the Centurion of Inferni once prior to his present term as Optio, succeeded by his first-cousin Corona after he departed Inferni for some time. He returned in the late spring of 2009, and quickly worked his way up through the ranks again thanks to his sharp eyes and ears.

Anselm cases the borders quite often, as he is the "eyes and ears" of the Legatus rank tier. When greeting newcomers Anselm is extremely straightforward, preferring to keep the time spent greeting newcomers to a minimum. He is more of a wolf hybrid than either of the other two, so he expects a fair bit more respect than either Kaena or Gabriel.
